No tiny crates. Each dog gets a spacious play kennel to fully relax and get cozy in between steps of the groom.
Yes. The salon is built for dogs of all temperaments, energetic or a bit anxious. Briana uses gentle, positive, low-stress handling and builds breaks and reassurance into the session when a dog needs them.
Soft lighting, soothing music and minimal distractions. It is a calm room designed so every dog feels safe and cared for.
